 Born in 1962 in Berlin, are his most important utensil in the photograph his eyes. And, in his pictures, it becomes clear what he means by that. He systematically works with over and under exposures, reduced or enhanced color, works with the material of the image carrier, thus creating ever new, never-seen photographic objects.

He developed recently in the context of his work Photo stelae which weatherproof and UV-resistant can also be used outdoors. Just be experimental dealing with various image carrier materials shows the detachment of photography as purely documentary form.
